You're right about people judging the parents for their child's behavior, when the parent is doing everything possible to bring about a positive result. I also went to therapy and counselors ad nauseam, with no result. I tried working with the school, tried to find clubs and groups that she would find engaging, hoping she would find a purpose that would bring her joy.

Nothing worked.
