Your article is far more well-written than my diatribe. I hope that someone is listening. It's incredibly disheartening that a business devoted to writing and reading is terrible at communicating. I think that's the biggest problem we all have as writers. Medium leadership doesn't use their blog or newsletter to share helpful information. I subscribed to the newsletter and it's basically another way of highlighting the 'chosen' writers. UGH!
