Yes! I am quite vocal about standing up for my beliefs. I do so more on social media now than in person, but I've gotten flack for that. People have said that since I'm in business I shouldn't do it ... I say, if I don't say something I won't be able to live with myself. Staying silent, to me, is the same as agreeing.
