Wonderfully expressed! I am fortunate to not fear death, but while that's true, I have no wish to hasten its arrival.

When I was young, maybe in my twenties, I read a news story about a taxi driver in NYC who died when a giant piece of a building fell on his cab, and I immediately thought, "That's how I want to go! Perfection! A) He was having a regular day, and B) he didn't see it coming. Smash! Done! See ya!

I am grateful that I don't live in fear of death because it seems that would make living much harder.

I hope that you can get to where you see death as the next step in your journey, and to view it with curiousity and wonder. 💛
