favorite season
reflected by a warm sun
an october day
chilly air sets in
the trees begin to adorn
themselves in color
the rustle of leaves
under one’s feet as they walk
unearthing aroma
open the car door
the sun-warmed interior
delights your senses
the trees have embraced
over-the-top diva-ness
flaming with color
how could this not be
everyone’s favorite season
the world fairly glows
