What works for you might not work for someone else. People’s metabolism can be vastly different. Is fiber important? Yep! Will eating a fiber rich diet lead to weight loss? For some, yes. For others, nope.
As a certified holistic health coach, the first thing I had to accept was the principal of bioindividuality.
