We all have such vastly different perceptions, even those who grow up together, that trying to determine what's right for me based on what's right for someone else will never work.
I did go through four years of depth work with a therapist when I was in my 30s. It was the best thing I ever did because having an outsider, someone without an agenda, peek into your world, and see that intentions could have been different, things might not have meant what we perceived them to be, was incredibly eye-opening.
Also, about ten years later, the book the Four Agreements came out. That one rocked my world like nothing had before or since.
I love that you're exploring life's many mysteries!
