Truly a shame that you advise not to eat extra veggies, add a side salad, or a snack of fruit as your examples. To focus on what is actually healthy, in a country of people who rarely eat the recommended servings of fruits and veggies, sends the wrong message.
A message of not eating the entire side of fries, or mashed potatoes, or ordering the burger without the bun ... that's a solid message.
I understand that one can overeat healthy food, but it's rare that they're overeating veggies and fruit. Just sayin.
