This title just doesn't fit the content. If it had said, Stay Ripped ... it would have made more sense. There's not much in here about how to GET ripped at 60, unless you were ripped prior to 60.
Having said that, the advice about finding something you love, and can do, is spot on! I am 72 and the only real exercise I did growing up was living life ... I swam in the lake, played some backyard baseball, ran through the woods and climbed trees. As an adult I kept up with my kiddos, but other than bouts of working out, I was fairly sedentary.
Apparently, I'm blessed with a pretty solid physique and have done fairly well physically throughout my life. Now, I have begun a regimented, 3x a week, strength routine and am impressed with how often I add weight and/or reps.
So, one can actually get ripped at 60, but it takes consistency and starting where you are.
Thanks for these rules. (Well, except for the diet soda and McD's.) You might like my article on how much I love junk food. :)
