This happens to me if I'm not careful.

…prime time for writing. I’d try to write when I got home, or after dinner, but it was slow slogging. Then, around 10pm, I’d catch a second wind and be off to the races until winding down right around 2am.
My Golden Hours Are 10–2

This happens to me if I'm not careful. I do like to hit the sack before 11 but most often don't sleep until midnight.
