The changes I'm seeing after going after strength training, at age 72.5 are amazing. I wasn't even looking, just knew I needed to get going or risk my ability to go when and where I want.
I put on a pair of shorts that were a little snug last month before I started. I've gained a couple of pounds, but they just fit great. As in they fit! This happened twice, so I know that my body is changing, and in a good way!
Quality protein and healthy fats + strength work = a much better body!
