Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am 73 and have mastered a number of tricks to handle having ADHD, but what you've done here solves a big question mark in my brain.
I know that straightening up the kitchen, putting things away, loading the dishwasher, preparing tomorrow's coffee, etc., is not challenging.
I know that sewing a wallet for my friend isn't hard.
I know that so many things are simple, and yet ... I don't start. I simply don't start.
But your explanation had bells ringing and brought what was happening into focus. (pun intended)
