Shocking, right? I had the same revelation about 15 years ago when I took Jeffrey Gitomer's advice to read something motivational and/or inspirational for ten minutes every morning. It led me to journaling which led me to a morning routine that includes reading, writing, movement, quiet ... it's the best! I've learned to protect my first two hours like they're the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
