Perfect! I gave up health coaching because people are so stuck on what the prevailing ‘incontrovertible truth’ of the day. I got tired of explaining how what works for cousin Cindy might just be a big ass problem for them. Toss in Dr. Oz, and I threw up my hands, and sublet my office out.
For me, it wasn’t Oreos, but my experience with a low oxalate diet. Tossing beans, nuts, and spinach on the compost heap, healed my lichen sclerosis. I’d been eating a near vegan diet… disastrous for me. Is it the answer for Judy? Beats me, but if her issue is new since adding all those superfoods to your smoothie, it’s worth experimenting. .
