People who tie dogs to trees, allow them to bark nonstop, and do the kind of stuff they did are selfish, selfish people. Clearly, they had no concern for anyone or anything other than themselves. My guess is that if someone wanted to rescue that dog they would’ve said no just because it was their dog. Horrible people!
