I love what my life has become. I moved to a new city, am a holistic health coach, give wellness presentations, group coach, volunteer with rescue dogs and sex trafficking survivors, wrote a book, and still write articles here on Medium.
ZERO sadness or regret.
However, you are so right that some seniors seem to disengage from anything exciting or fun. My advice? Play! Learn! Get involved with something!
