Oh my, you and I need to sit in a mad scientist’s chairs, aluminum headpieces bolted in place, wires going back and forth from each other in an attempt to blend our memories! My mother had a cleaning woman once a week and, for most of her adult life sat at the table reading or working the daily crossword puzzle.

Despite having ADHD, I am hardwired to sit, and because I was a single mom and worked, my house definitely could have used a bit of your productivity programming.

Now retired, with the world and Medium at my fingertips, I am hard pressed to stay active. Sadly, my guilt over this probably equals yours.

Want to swap some neurons?

Wonderful article!
