My mom used to call soap operas her stories. Don’t interrupt her while she was watching her stories. I also started the habit as a young child, and continued it for many many years throughout adulthood. It was regularly interrupted by my career, but somehow I always was able to get back into it when my schedule was adjusted.
I haven’t watched it soap opera in years, but I do understand that they are online now. I might have to give it a try.
