Love this! People rarely consider that the ingredients used at fast food restaurants or casual dining spots are not nearly as high a quality as what they would choose at home.

I offer my clients an 80/20 or 90/10 scenario where they use healthy ingredients 80 or 90% of the time and enjoy their junk options the other 20/10%.

This seems to work for most. :)
