Love the template idea. I've muddied up my calendar in the past with time blocks and missed some important things because of it. Being able to turn the template on and off is a game changer.

I would add that I have two different time block colors. One is for regular stuff, the other is for non-negotiables. Some of the things I want on my calendar are less important than others. This gives me an easy way to see where to fit in an appointment with that hard-to-schedule client if necessary.
