Laughed out loud and damned near spit out my coffee. So true!

My ikigai is brainstorming. My awareness of it came when the best brainstorming was over. I was in a leadership position in a creative services group and we regularly brainstormed ideas for new product promotions.

It was the good old days when we didn't care about interrupting, or laughing at someone's idea and the ideas flowed like crazy. The thing about the most ludicrous ideas was that they would morph into the best ideas.

How I miss wickedly fun brainstorming sessions!
