Last year you upset one of my best friends, and two of my editors by personally attacking them in one of your articles. When one of them told you how they felt, your apology was weak and said more about your position than recognizing his feelings. Worse, you didn’t take the story down.

They were building a community, but instead of learning more about them, or reaching out privately and asking to be removed from their list, you went public with your discontent. Definitely your prerogative, but this is that same community.

I don’t know how I missed that post last year, but I did. Your name wasn’t familiar to me, but as soon as my editors saw the list of new writers, I was made aware. Sometimes things come back to bite you.
