Just so you know, FedEx would have said you were responsible for each one of those. We once had a driver get rear-ended at a light. The company said he was responsible because he didn't take evasive action. WTF!?! Where was he supposed to go?

Didn't matter. The system was generally rigged against the driver. Even parked and unoccupied you would have gotten dinged for choosing that parking space. LOL
