I’ve been doing IF and low carb/keto for about five years. Once you get past the first few days, it’s pretty easy to maintain. I don’t think I could do it on the amount of food you’re eating, though.
I feel better than I have in years. I lost 25lbs in the beginning, but about 10-15 has come back. My numbers aren’t bad, but what I really need to do at this point, is add in more exercise. I exercise in spurts rather than consistently.

Great job sticking to small meals!
