I worked for a small company who did this over and over. No matter that they'd heavily invested in a project, if it didn't get instant ROI, it was tossed on the scrapheap. I don't know if they'll ever figure it out, but it was an eyeopener for me and my business. I also tended to change direction when results were slow to occur. I am beginning to firmly plant myself right now!
