I was also a lot as a child. However, I was just the opposite with water and the beach. My mother called me a fish out of water. When I was 5 1/2 they bought a house in a subdivision in the middle of nowhere that had lake rides. I grew up every summer from sun up to sundown in the water. It is magical and I wish I still lived on a lake, but I visit Lake Michigan regularly.
