I was afforded the opportunity to take one of Brene Brown's classes a few years ago. In it she talked about writing a 'Shitty First Draft'. Forever known in my circle as your SFD.

I wrote the SFD of this article while I was blisteringly angry. You would have loved it! Tony, not so much. LOL
