I love this! At 72, and an ‘easy’ exerciser, I can attest that one doesn’t have to kill it in CrossFit to be healthy. Interestingly, I’ve actually slowly increased my activity by breaking it up throughout the day. I teach my clients to start small and build. Always giving themselves permission to do a minimum amount most often leads to a much greater amount.
