I love that you did the exercise for a week and identified what you loved and what you missed. So many people try to fit into someone else’s routine and give it all up when it doesn’t work.
I move my walks around depending on the weather and schedule my workouts around my calendar. Some days that means I workout at 9AM and others 5PM. If it’s blistering hot I walk first thing, but in the winter I walk later in the day.
I read Medium and a book in the morning, write in my journal and get ready. Then, head into my office to write an article or handle projects. I’ve tried meditation in the past, and your response has encouraged me to give it another go.
