I know it's hard to think about diet when you're tired, headachy, and all, but to reduce the inflammation you might want to try (if you haven't already) cutting out most carbs, a lot of dairy, and focusing on lean meat, fish, and low-carb veggies. It's made a huge difference for me. I keep it simple with doing most meats in my air fryer and either tossing shredded cabbage with a vinaigrette or steaming broccoli or cauliflower and topping with a dollop of grassfed butter.
