I also rarely eat canned, but don’t worry too much about it, I just don’t like it as much as fresh. It’s fairly clean with no preservatives except salt, if you’re only buying veggies and tuna. I’ve found a supplier of canned organic chicken breast that’s quite tasty. I’d rather take my chances with canned than dying from starvation.

Of course most cans are now BPA free as well. 😊
