I don't know about in Romania, but here in the States, there's a much higher level of awareness today than when you were a whippersnapper. I was the most naive parent I've ever met. In my defense, it was 1968 and I was 19... clueless.

Hopefully, with the internet availability, more people are cognizant of the importance of a watchful eye.
