I chose this to highlight because otherwise I'd be highlighting the entire article. Yes! Yes! Yes! Creating a routine is critical. Of course, life happens, so one might have to miss a day, but if the routine fits your days, you should be fine.
I don't often complete 30 day challenges that require daily commitment without a day off, but have done beautifully with my 6-day/week strength move routine. I've kept that up for two months and hope to continue for life.
I've been using a write-on/wipe-off board, like a kid's chore chart, to keep track. Having it in a visible location has been a great reminder. (ADHD here!)
I hope to get to the end of September having written and read posts every day!!
