How strange. I've been able to manage it quite easily for over four years. I feel better than ever (I'm turning 73 next week), and my exceedingly high triglycerides have plummeted. My HDL/Triglyceride ratio is ... wait for it ... 1:1 .
Prior to keto, I tried a variety of diets including vegan, pescatarian,and vegetarian living on high-oxalate foods that nearly killed me.
So please, let people find what works for them and quit trying to sound like your opinion is what matters to their health.
What works for one isn't necessarily the answer for another.
