Great article about how to add a delicious nut butter to one's life. BUT, the saying, "Everything in Moderation," is my absolute LEAST favorite thing health writers and dieticians say. Why? Because most of the people in the United States eat an entire diet of foods that should be eaten in moderation. Snickers? It's okay, everything in moderation! Ice Cream? No problem, everything in moderation! Pizza? Fried Chicken? Ramen Soup? Lean Cuisine? Chocolate Cake? French Fries? Potato Chips? Grilled Cheese? Go for it! Everything in moderation!
So, I like to look at it this way: 80% healthy food and 20% junk. Even better is 90/10. BUT, real peanut butter? Have at it!!
