Like me, you have a very clear demarcation in life‘s trajectory. It is impossible to guess at what would’ve happened. Especially since we now know that there are a lot of chemical imbalances involved in depression and one can’t be sure how the techniques they would’ve used in the residency program would’ve impacted that.
