Don’t Be a Pain in the Ass!
Who are the people you don’t want to travel with?
If their habits are as reported, the first person that comes to mind is Howie Mandel and his germophobia. But, then, there are the obnoxious, people like Gilbert Gottfried (I know he’s dead) and his piercing voice, or Howard Stern who’s so conspicuous and wildly vocal that I’d be shrinking in embarrassment most of the time.
I probably wouldn’t want to travel with Adrienne’s other daughter, the one she’s traveling with now.
Ricky Gervais! I’d probably enjoy traveling the English countryside with him. But again, language at inappropriate times could be mortifying.
After watching Smartless on the Road with Sean Hayes, Will Arnett, and Jason Bateman, with occasional drop-ins by their spouses, I can honestly say I do not want to travel with them. It could have been the edits but that much chatter and endless yammering would send me straight off the edge.
The absence of a travel partner keeps me home. It would be fantastic if I had someone easy to be with, who doesn’t mind if we go our separate ways, and who enjoys planning. If the hotel sucks, a flight is delayed, or you fall ill, having someone with you makes it less stressful.
