Chia seeds are great, but if you have to watch oxalates, they’re super high. Good alternatives are organic sunflower or pumpkin seeds. I also use an organic psyllium fiber in any shake I can drink fast as it tends to thicken up fairly quickly. Might be an alternative for that chia pudding for those that can’t do the oxalates.

I love Arbonne’s new no sugar vegan shake mix. The chocolate is terrific and has a ton of fiber. Not a fan of whey at all.
