As someone who tries to be specific, saying my day is good, when it's simply not bad, (because not bad doesn't actually equal good) seems somehow off. I guess I could say, 'it's okay' which would eliminate the 'not' and the 'bad' from the equation. Okay is less than good, but not bad.
But if, whatever the answer, I use it to reflect on how I can get from so-so to good, it's a win!
