ARGHHH! I have been nursing a shoulder issue for about a month. I'm a side sleeper and like to start on that side and move to the other ... nope! (Well, to be honest, it's gotten much better since I stopped doing stupid things. Most nights, I can now roll over and sleep without issue, but it took a while.)
