After watching the videos I put in my Parenting with ADHD post, I'm thinking about trying one of the newer, non-stimulant medications for ADHD. Adderall and Ritalin weren't a good fit for my body. The muscles in my back would tense up and while I loved the clarity it brought, the tenseness wasn't worth it.
