I am a cat with many lives! My motto? Never get bored! I was a Graphic Designer at a Chicago Metro studio, Special Projects Manager at Searle Pharmaceuticals, Ground Operations Manager at FedEx Express, and a Marketing Consultant.

After losing my health insurance at the age of 60, I had to get healthy, and just like that, I found my passion: making healthy lifestyle choices accessible to everyone! So, back to school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I graduated in 2011.

I would have never guessed that my favorite activity would be as a wellness speaker, but it turns out that I'm pretty popular with the participants. :) I teach through public libraries and hospital systems, do lunch & learns for businesses and organizations, wrote a book, have blogged for years, and have written a few feature articles.

I'm a Juice Plus+ affiliate, and can often be found in my organic garden, making art, or walking my dogs. I love to keep boredom at bay!
